Q: How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

A: You may do so by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter you received. It looks like this:

 

Q: How do I get a refund?

A: You need to have your order number in order to proceed. You can find your order in the confirmation email that you received right after making the payment.

On the next page, click on the "Get Support" icon at the top-left corner. Select "More options..." from the drop-down list. On the next page, select "Refund Request".

 

Q: Am I going to receive CDs/DVDs (i.e. physical product)?

A: No, you will not receive any physical product, because the content in the members area is frequently updated, added and improved. This enables you to access the most up-to-date materials directly online.

 

Q: Why is there a monthly membership fee? (Have I already been charged?)

A: The 30-day FREE trial of PUA Club is a bonus that comes with Make Women Laugh, as you have seen here.

You will NOT be charged for 30 days. If you decide to stay as a member, you will be billed at $27/month thereafter; if you cancel within 30 days, you will NOT be billed at all.

 

Q: How do I log into my membership?

A: We use ClickBank.com to handle our payment transaction and we do not have access to any of your financial information.
